Tara McKinney

I am Tara and I have been teaching ballroom dancing since 2005.  I believe dancing and music is a healer and I find joy in helping those who seek it.  I love to see the progression from someone who has either been dancing their whole life or those who are too timid to move a muscle when the music strikes.  I just love watching people shine!  I think dancing is vulnerable, creative, fun, giddy, and can spark a fire!  When I’m not dancing in my kitchen or on the dance floor you can find me on my balcony with my pups, hiking, laughing with and sitting by a fire with my tribe, road tripping, beaching or laking, and eating delicious food.  I can’t wait to get you started on your dance journey!
